任何应用能够提交加速审核需求；
加速审核没有次数限制，而不是传言的有次数限制；
加速审核提交被通过优先级最高的理由是 Bug，其次是有较明确目标的敏感事件；
如果可以，尽量不使用第三方加速审核（个人感觉）。
最近公司的应用申请了两次加速审核，一胜一败。一次有较大的 Bug 并写明了重现方式和解决措施，另一次失败，现在还在总结并寻找更好的方式。
一、什么是 App Store 加速审核呢？
先来看看官方的说明——
Expedited App Review
If you face extenuating circumstances, you can request the review of your app to be expedited. These circumstances include fixing a critical bug in your app on the App Store or releasing your app to coincide with an event you are directly associated with.Urgent Bug Fix
If you''ve submitted an update to fix a critical bug in your app on the App Store and you are requesting an expedited review, be sure to include the steps to reproduce the bug on the current version of your app.Time-Sensitive Event
For apps associated with an event, we recommend you plan and schedule the release of your app in iTunes Connect. However, if your app is still in review and the launch of your event is quickly approaching, you can request to have your app review expedited. When submitting your request, it''s important to include the event, date of the event, and your app''s association with the event.Please Note: Expedited reviews are granted on a limited basis and we cannot guarantee that every request will be expedited. Sign in to request an expedited review.
简单说，加速审核是一种不需要等待时间的审核方式。因为正常的审核方式，需要应用开发者等待 7 天左右（甚至更久）。快速审核就是让你跳过了这个等待的过程。
那么，这么好的方式该在什么时候用呢？上面的引用中提到了两种情况“紧急问题修复（Urgent Bug Fix）”和“敏感事件（Time-Sensitive Event）”。在开始的时候，我提到了一些内容，在这里和大家讲一下这两种情况的具体情况。
二、紧急问题修复（Urgent Bug Fix）
顾名思义，因为你的应用有了问题，而且是重大的 Bug，影响了用户体验。这里和大家提一下，Bug 原因要慎用，频率也要注意。首先是 Bug 确实是个重大的、影响用户体验的问题；其次你要说明 Bug 再上一版本中如何重现（the steps to reproduce the bug）以及你的解决方案（Solution）；再次，Bug 也是一把双刃剑，请不要总是以 Bug 原因提交快速审核，那样官方迟早会忽略你，给你发个拒绝邮件的（见下文）；最后，频率一定要注意，这个我现在还在摸索。
三、敏感事件（Time-Sensitive Event）
如果你们公司有重大营销事件，你介绍一下活动的时间、活动与应用之间的关系等灯，比如活动宣传，你需要在原因中说明筹备的成本与预计的效果（下载、注册、留存等数据）。另外，我所了解到的，只有很小一部分应用以这个理由通过加速审核的。
四、用英文申请（Request the Review in English）
不管是“紧急问题修复（Urgent Bug Fix）”和“敏感事件（Time-Sensitive Event）”，有一个点事都需要注意的，请使用英文来提交加速审核的原因，因为他们审英文提交的申请。我们第一次就提了中文，结果被拒了。
填写原因的时候，应该是有窍门的，不过我还没有找到。不过我认为写的合情合理、清晰有逻辑是很重要的。
五、通过加速审核并不意味着你们就能上架
快速审核的流程是这样的：正常提交 App Store 审核进入“In Review”状态后；通过“快速审核”提交；提交后如果通过快速审核，应用讲不需要等待直接进入审核；然后就能知道是不是可以上架了。
是否通过快速审核一般需要几个小时到十几个小时，建议国内晚上 10 点左右提交，因为凌晨 2-3 点，你就可以收到反馈了（我们的 2 次操作就是）。
通过快速审核之后，会在 1 天左右得到应用是否审核通过的邮件。
